💬 Service Experience: Come to eat for the second time and feel that the taste of the food eaten in this round is delicious, but not as good as the first round to eat. In the food part, wait a little longer, have to follow many times. The staff is confused, and also serve the wrong menu (because of the wrong note), so the yuan is accepted. The shop is on the street (notice that there is a big red bull in front of the store). The atmosphere in the shop is air conditioned, sitting comfortable, not hot, and people are not very crowded. There is a parking space inside, but it is neutral. It is quite hot.
จากประสบการณ์ที่ไปทานร้าน Akamori Yakiniku ครั้งนี้ ผมรู้สึกประทับใจในการจัดเซตเมนูหมูและเนื้อวัวที่หลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเซตคอหมูย่างเกลือ หรือสันคอหมูราดซอส รวมถึงเซตเนื้อมิซุจิและรวมเนื้อพรีเมียมที่มีความนุ่มและรสชาติกลมกล่อม อย่างไรก็ตาม บริการอาจจะต้องปรับปรุงเล็กน้อยจากที่ผมเจอพนักงานดูงงๆ และเสิร์ฟผิดเมนูบ้าง ซึ่งก็ต้องอดทนและแจ้งพนักงานใหม่เพื่อความถูกต้อง การรออาหารบางจานอาจนานไปบ้างในช่วงเวลาที่ลูกค้าเยอะ แต่ก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบที่ร้านเลือกใช้ บรรยากาศร้านเป็นห้องแอร์นั่งสบาย ไม่อึดอัด เหมาะกับการทานปิ้งย่างยามค่ำคืน ร้านตั้งอยู่ติดริมถนนซึ่งหาง่ายด้วยสัญลักษณ์ตัวกระทิงสีแดงใหญ่ของร้าน จุดจอดรถกว้างขวางแต่เป็นแบบกลางแจ้งซึ่งอาจจะร้อนในช่วงกลางวัน เป็นสิ่งที่ควรเผื่อเวลาเล็กน้อยถ้าไปช่วงแดดจัด โดยรวมแล้ว Akamori Yakiniku เป็นร้านที่แนะนำสำหรับคนชอบปิ้งย่างญี่ปุ่นในกรุงเทพ ที่อยากทดลองรสชาติเนื้อและหมูคุณภาพสูง พร้อมบรรยากาศร้านที่ผ่อนคลาย แม้ว่าจะเจอบริการที่ยังต้องปรับปรุง แต่ก็ยังคุ้มค่ากับการมาใช้บริการและลิ้มลองรสชาติใหม่ๆ อยู่ดี
