We've all spent 20% of our time

When you grow up, you know that time is precious. 🕰️

If it passes, we can only think about it or regret it.

It's been a quarter or 20% of the year.

I want to invite everyone to stop thinking and check with myself. 💭

🌀 the target we set, are we getting any closer to it?

🌀 Do you still want to do that dream?

Or what I wanted to do earlier this year I didn't want to do.

I want to do more.

We think it's not wrong...

Even if we do, we don't like it. Not what we think.

I think it's not a waste of time.

At least try and make sure it's not 🔍

Why do we feel that time is gone?

The modern classic problem 🤣 can't escape 📲

Feed ploughing scroll see tiktok or short clips

Well, it's designed for us to stick. Can't stop looking. 🤤

How we want to recommend

🔍 a hobby might help.

Or maybe try to stay quiet. 🔇

Try cleaning the house without opening anything.

So that our brains can try to get distracted or bored.

Sometimes creativity comes from boredom. 🎨

Do everyone think we're worth living now?

Do not use criteria from others

It's just us who can tell ourselves.

The value of ourselves means 💭

What do we want to try? Have you tried it?

Just try to do it even if it succeeds.

Or fail.

Or maybe it succeeds, but it's not who we are.

At least try and get one more cut.
