1. Eat meat, high fat and fries too often.
Fat from lean red meat. Its fried food will stimulate the fat glands, produce a lot of excess oil. When the oil reacts with the air + bacteria → becomes 2-Nonenal, the main culprit. The more often you eat, the older the smell will become stronger and more ingrained.
2. Do not change / do not wash clothes often or wear the same clothes for many days
Clothes absorb sweat, fat and bacteria. Old smells are deeply embedded. Even bathing, they float out easily, especially poorly ventilated synthetic fabrics. The more they are re-inserted, the more they accumulate and "age" is clear.
3. Take a bath / not thoroughly rubbed / not bathing every day
50 +. Skin produces fat and sweat changes. Bacteria grow easily. If the bath is not really clean (especially skin folding, armpit, back, navel, groin, buttocks), the smell accumulates very fast and strong. The soap should be rubbed all over. Wash it really clean every day.
4. Eat often pungent foods (garlic, onions, onions, chili peppers, marinades, too many)
These compounds are excreted through sweat, breath and skin, mixed with existing Nonenal scents, making the overall body odor very strong and "old."
5. Let sweat leave for a long time. Do not wipe sweat often.
Sweat + Fat + Bacteria = Recipe for smelling to age super fast, especially after exercise, walking or hot weather. If you do not wipe your body, change your shirt, or shower immediately, the smell will start to form and carry on all day.
