Installing Outre peak 707
I ordered from Ebony line this week cost around $52. This week fit my hair pretty clear so I do think this way could be a big head friendly. If you wanna know more details about this, we just go ahead and head over to my YouTube channel.
Okay, so you've seen my initial thoughts on the Outre Peak 707, but let's really dive into the INSTALL process and what it's like to wear this wig! When it arrived from Ebonyline, I was super excited to get this WIG WITH ME and try it out. First impressions out of the box? The texture felt really soft, and the curl pattern looked gorgeous. It's a synthetic unit, but it has a nice, natural luster that isn't too shiny. Prepping for the install is always key. I made sure my natural hair was braided down flat – this helps the wig lay seamlessly. The Outre Peak 707 comes with an adjustable strap and combs, which is great for security. Before putting it on, I carefully cut the lace, making sure to stay as close to the hairline as possible without cutting into the actual hair. This unit has a decent pre-plucked hairline, which saved me a lot of time, but I did a tiny bit of extra plucking to customize it to my liking. Now, for the big question: is it big head friendly? As someone who sometimes struggles with wigs fitting comfortably, I was pleasantly surprised. The cap felt quite roomy without being overly baggy. It definitely fit my head without any uncomfortable squeezing or feeling like it was about to pop off. This is a huge plus for me, as a good fit makes all the difference in how natural and secure a wig feels throughout the day. The ear tabs lay flat, and I didn't have any issues with gaping at the temples. Once installed, I used a bit of styling mousse to define the curls and tame any flyaways. The hair is pretty easy to manage – you can finger comb it, and the curls spring back nicely. I haven't tried heat on it yet, as I usually prefer to keep synthetic wigs in their original style to prolong their life. For maintenance, I plan to store it on a wig head to help maintain its shape and avoid tangles. A light spray with water and a leave-in conditioner should keep it looking fresh between wears. Overall, for around $52, I think the Outre Peak 707 is a fantastic option, especially if you're looking for a stylish, affordable, and surprisingly comfortable wig. The ease of INSTALL and the fact that it accommodates larger head sizes is a definite win in my book. I'm really enjoying this unit so far!
