Like a teak lodge by the canal
The idea of designing a teak lodge by the canal came from a desire to create a lodge that combined traditional Thai simplicity with modern comfort so that visitors could truly experience the charm of a rural lifestyle.
The main idea is to build a house in harmony with ambient nature, using teak, a magnificent and durable natural material, as the main heart of construction, the house is raised from the ground, to receive natural winds and prevent floods. It also respects the landscape of the fields and the canals below.
The rusty-colored old zinc roof enhances the vibe of the past and the warm feeling of a childhood home, while also reflecting the vernacular wisdom of opting for easily available and durable materials; the spacious wooden porch in front is a space for relaxation, recreation, sipping morning coffee, or taking in views of verdant fields and perennial peacock tail trees sprawling to shade gracefully.
Inside the house. Emphasis on cost-effective use of space and yoam welding to the exterior. Large windows are exposed to natural light and cool breezes. Ready to open panoramic views of fields. Teak walls and ceilings create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom is designed to be simple but comfortable. With a comfortable soft bed and external scenery that allows for perfect leisure. Modern-style but still naturalistic bathroom with wood and tile decoration. Feel fresh and relaxed.
This teak lodge along the canal is not just a place to stay, but an experience that invites people to return to nature, experience a simple lifestyle, and discover peace in the heart of Thai beauty.

นอกจากความโดดเด่นของแบบบ้านพักไม้สักริมคลองที่ใช้ไม้สักซึ่งขึ้นชื่อในเรื่องความทนทานและความสวยงามตามธรรมชาติแล้ว การออกแบบบ้านยกสูงยังมีประโยชน์มากกว่าการป้องกันน้ำท่วม เมื่อบ้านอยู่สูง จะช่วยให้ลมจากธรรมชาติลอดผ่านบ้านได้ดี ทำให้ผู้อยู่อาศัยรู้สึกเย็นสบายโดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาเครื่องปรับอากาศตลอดเวลา ซึ่งเหมาะมากกับสภาพอากาศร้อนชื้นแบบประเทศไทย หลังคาสังกะสีเก่าสีสนิมที่ใช้เป็นวัสดุหุ้มหลังคานอกจากจะให้กลิ่นอายวินเทจที่ทำให้บ้านดูอบอุ่นเหมือนบ้านเก่าของคนไทยในอดีตแล้ว ยังมีจุดเด่นในเรื่องความทนทานต่อการกัดกร่อนและน้ำหนักที่เบากว่าแมททีเรียลอื่นๆ ทำให้ง่ายต่อการซ่อมบำรุงหากเกิดความเสียหาย ระเบียงไม้ที่กว้างขวางให้ความสำคัญกับพื้นที่สาธารณะของบ้าน ที่ผู้พักอาศัยสามารถใช้เป็นจุดพักผ่อน ทำกิจกรรมครอบครัว หรือแม้แต่จิบกาแฟชมวิวธรรมชาติ ส่งเสริมให้การพักผ่อนมีความผ่อนคลายและเชื่อมโยงกับธรรมชาติมากยิ่งขึ้น ภายในบ้านออกแบบเน้นการใช้แสงธรรมชาติและการถ่ายเทอากาศอย่างคุ้มค่า หน้าต่างบานใหญ่ช่วยเปิดรับวิวทุ่งนาเขียวขจีและช่วยลดการใช้ไฟฟ้าจากแสงประดิษฐ์ ทำให้ภายในบ้านดูโล่ง โปร่ง สร้างความรู้สึกใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติ ขณะเดียวกัน การตกแต่งด้วยไม้สักยังช่วยเสริมบรรยากาศอบอุ่นและประหยัดพลังงาน ด้วยคุณสมบัติธรรมชาติของไม้ที่มีความทนทานและช่วยรักษาอุณหภูมิได้ดี สำหรับห้องน้ำที่สนองตอบไลฟ์สไตล์โมเดิร์น แต่ยังคงรักษาความเป็นธรรมชาติด้วยไม้และกระเบื้องตกแต่ง ช่วยให้เกิดความรู้สึกสดชื่นและผ่อนคลาย เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนและดูแลตัวเองอย่างแท้จริง โดยรวม แบบบ้านพักไม้สักริมคลองนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ตอบโจทย์การพักอาศัยที่มีความสะดวกสบายและมั่นคง แต่ยังเป็นพื้นที่ที่เชื่อมโยงผู้อยู่อาศัยกับธรรมชาติและวิถีชีวิตไทยดั้งเดิม กลายเป็นประสบการณ์การพักผ่อนที่หลุดพ้นจากความวุ่นวายและนำความสงบสุขกลับคืนมาอย่างแท้จริง
