1.Schedule and registration period
Registration period: from 4 - 21 June 2026
Those who need to register: State welfare card (original) and drop group check information in the area through Mt (Ministry of Interior / Bangkok / City of Pattaya) must register, confirming all new rights.
2. Registration channel (for original)
5 main channels can be selected:
Application Money Bag
State application
Project website (State Welfare Card mof.go.th or)
Krungthai Bank ATM
The five registered banks are Krungthai Bank, Savings Bank, THB, THB and Thai Commercial Bank.
3. Declaration of results and exercise of rights
Announcement of the results of registration: July 17, 2026, through the app, the wallet, the state, the project website and the registered bank.
Cases entitled:
Must confirm identity (e-KYC) from 17 Jul 69 - 12 Jan 70
Use of the right from 1 August 2026 onwards (the original card holder does not have to confirm the identity, except for new items and authority to confirm the identity at 5 banks)
Cases not entitled:
Appeals can be filed from 17 - 31 Jul 69 and documents amended until 16 Aug 69.
Notice of Appeal on 14 Sep 69 (if passed, will be exercised from 1 Oct 69 onwards)
จากประสบการณ์ของผู้ใช้บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐรายเดิมปี 2569 ที่ผ่านการลงทะเบียนยืนยันสิทธิ์พบว่า การเลือกช่องทางลงทะเบียนที่สะดวก เช่น แอปเป๋าตัง หรือเว็บไซต์โครงการฯ ทำให้ขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ รวดเร็วและง่ายมาก ท่านควรเตรียมข้อมูลบัตรประชาชนและรายละเอียดส่วนตัวให้พร้อมก่อนลงทะเบียน เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความล่าช้า การเปิดช่องทางหลายช่องทางให้เลือกลงทะเบียนคือข้อดีสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มสามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้อย่างทั่วถึง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน หรือไปติดต่อที่สาขาธนาคารกรุงไทยและอีก 4 ธนาคารพันธมิตร นอกจากนี้ การยืนยันตัวตน (e-KYC) ก็เป็นขั้นตอนที่สำคัญและควรทำตามกำหนดเวลาที่ตั้งไว้ (17 กรกฎาคม 2569 ถึง 12 มกราคม 2570) เพื่อให้ไม่พลาดสิทธิพิเศษที่บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐจะมอบให้ เช่น ส่วนลดค่าใช้จ่ายในครัวเรือน ค่าเดินทาง และส่วนลดร้านค้า สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์ในรอบแรก ไม่ควรละเลยการยื่นอุทธรณ์ เพราะมีโอกาสได้รับสิทธิ์ในรอบต่อไป โดยควรจัดเตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องก่อนยื่น เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสผ่านการพิจารณา ในภาพรวม การลงทะเบียนและยืนยันสิทธิ์บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐรายเดิมปี 2569 ถือเป็นขั้นตอนที่สำคัญในการรักษาสิทธิและได้รับประโยชน์ทางสังคมอย่างเต็มที่ ผู้ถือบัตรควรติดตามข่าวสารและประกาศจากทางราชการอย่างใกล้ชิดเพื่อไม่พลาดข้อมูลสำคัญใด ๆ หากต้องการสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมสามารถติดต่อศูนย์ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ โทร 0-2109-2345 ในวันและเวลาทำการ เพื่อได้รับคำแนะนำที่ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
