• Blood pressure (BP): Beautiful numbers must not exceed 120 / 80 mmHg. If the top starts touching 140, high pressure, be careful!
• Pulse (P): Normal heartbeat should be 60-100 beats per minute. If it is faster than 100 or slower than 60, it is a signal that needs to be evaluated further.
• Lipids: Total cholesterol must not exceed 200 and bad fat (LDL) must be less than 130 to be called a pass.
