Moisture is Your Friend: Before styling, I always make sure my microlocs are well-moisturized. A light spray or leave-in conditioner helps them stay pliable and reduces frizz, making styling much smoother. Use the Right Tools: Small, snag-free elastic bands, bobby pins with rubber tips, and soft headbands are your best friends. Avoid anything that might catch or pull on your locs.
