📌 ingredients :

Mince chicken 500g or 1 lb

Trio spice 1 tbsp ( coriander root + garlic+black peper)

Glass noodles 100g

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Seasoning powder 1 tbsp

Sugar 1.5 tbsp

Tapioca starch 2.5 tbsp

Baking powder 1 tsp

Egg 1 ea

Sesame oil 3 tbsp

Ground white pepper 1 tbsp

Beancurd sheet 2 big sheets but i cut to 4 sheets.
