One thing that really motivated me was reminding myself and others that we, as mamas, can do it. Whether it’s preparing for motherhood, managing work-life balance, or simply navigating everyday tasks, knowing that I’m not alone and that others are going through the same helped me build confidence. The phrase “Be the reason other mamas know they can do it too” became a personal mantra. It’s also important to connect with communities that support pregnancy and maternity, such as various online forums, social media groups, or local classes. Sharing experiences, tips, and encouragement makes the journey less daunting and more joyful. From managing maternity wear to dealing with common discomforts, every bit of advice counts. Lastly, documenting milestones like being 21 weeks along, and sharing those moments with friends and family, can create lasting memories and keep your spirits high. Pregnancy is both a physical journey and an emotional adventure, and embracing every moment helps prepare mentally and emotionally for the arrival of your little one.
