Long Lasting Builder Gel Nails!⭐️
This is how I get my builder gel nails to last me 3+ weeks or until I refill them!!✨
“FZANEST” Builder gel, has to be my favoriteee builder gel ever! I use the shade “Milky White”!
I’ve been using it for over 2 years now and have finally got it down to what works best for me!💌
Here are a few tips:
⭐️Something I love to do is apply the base coat straight down the center of my nail instead of the entire nail! I know sounds crazy, butttt I’ve found that this somehow helps my nails last crazy long!
⭐️It is so important that you are never getting any product on your skin, because it can cause an allergic reaction/ irritation!!
Once again, this is what works best for me and everyone has different ways!!

Hey nail enthusiasts! So many of you asked for more details on how I achieve those super durable, long-lasting builder gel nails, lasting me 3+ weeks every single time. Beyond the quick tips I shared, there’s a bit more to my routine that really makes a difference. I'm excited to dive deeper into my full step-by-step process, especially covering crucial prep and application techniques for both your base coat and builder gel. First off, proper nail prep is absolutely non-negotiable for any long-lasting manicure. I always start by gently pushing back my cuticles and carefully cleaning up any excess skin. Then, I lightly buff the surface of my natural nail to create a slightly rough texture for better adhesion – this is key! After that, I thoroughly dehydrate my nails using a nail dehydrator and primer. This removes any natural oils and moisture, which are major culprits for lifting. Don't skip this step; it's a game-changer for durability! Now, onto the gel base coat application. This is where my "down the center" tip comes in. Instead of painting the entire nail with base coat, I apply a thin, even layer just down the center of my nail plate, leaving a tiny margin around the edges. I've found this somehow helps the builder gel adhere even better and reduces the likelihood of flooding my cuticles, which can cause lifting later on. After applying, I flash cure it for about 30 seconds. For me, a reliable product like Beetles Base Coat works wonders as a foundation. Next up is the builder gel application. This is where you build strength and shape. I use my favorite FZANEST 'Milky White' Builder Gel because it self-levels beautifully, making application smoother. I pick up a bead of builder gel and place it near the cuticle area, then gently guide it down the nail using a side-to-side motion, creating a subtle apex for strength. One of my top builder gel tips is to use a fine nail art liner brush to carefully push the gel closer to the sidewalls and cuticle area without touching the skin. This precision is vital for extended wear and makes a huge difference in preventing unsightly lifting. Remember, avoiding skin contact with product is paramount to prevent allergic reactions and ensure your manicure lasts. If I accidentally get any gel on my skin, I immediately clean it up with an orange wood stick or a brush dipped in alcohol before curing. After achieving the desired shape and coverage, I fully cure the builder gel under my LED lamp for 60 seconds (or according to your lamp's instructions). After curing, I wipe with an alcohol wipe to remove the tacky inhibition layer, then I can file and shape if needed, and finally, apply my top coat for that glossy finish. Following these builder gel nail application step-by-step instructions, from careful preparation to precise product placement, has truly transformed my at-home manicures. It's how I consistently get those beautiful, salon-quality long-lasting gel nails without constant touch-ups. Give these tips a try, and let me know how it works for you!
