Manifest in the comments ✨ body + health goals

While Im loving all the growth, cute workout gear and all the newer brands. Lately I find myself going back to what I know. Less butt scrunch. I love Oner active and alo it’s keeps it all fun. Lately I’ve been back to Nike it has never failed me. Though everything is so over priced. I’m going to list my favorite brands, lately I’ve came across so many new cute brands.

I’ve been doing hot sculpt in nyc and I enjoy it so much. I get to rotate my workouts and commute. Including way more cardio 10-15k steps a day.

Hot sculpt and Pilates has pushed my body differently and gave me an alternative way to hit my goals. #gym #workoutclothes #dreambody

I can yap all day, what about you guys? @#letschat #lemon8contest

... Read moreIt's so fun to share what's really clicking for me right now on my fitness journey! Beyond the initial excitement of new brands, I've found myself really honing in on what genuinely works and makes me feel good. Let's dive a bit deeper into my current workout gear obsessions. While I mentioned Oner Active and Alo, which are great for keeping things fresh and stylish, I have to confess my enduring love for Nike. Yes, it can be a bit pricier, but for me, the quality and fit are unmatched. Especially when it comes to leggings, I'm all about comfort and performance – no unexpected surprises with "butt scrunch" here! I've found their fabrics really hold up during intense sessions like hot sculpt, wicking away sweat and providing the right amount of compression. If you're looking to invest in reliable gym wear, don't overlook classic brands that have truly stood the test of time. I'm always on the hunt for sales or good quality second-hand finds to make it more budget-friendly, because who doesn't love a good deal on their favorite pieces? Speaking of workouts, hot sculpt in NYC has been a game-changer! It's an incredible blend of high-intensity movements with the added challenge of a heated room, which really helps with flexibility and detoxification. I feel like it pushes my body in a way that traditional gym workouts sometimes don't, helping me to sculpt and tone muscles I didn't even know I had. Pair that with Pilates, which is fantastic for core strength and alignment, and I feel like I have a really well-rounded routine. What I love most is how these methods offer an alternative path to my body goals, focusing on strength and flexibility rather than just heavy lifting. And let's not forget the power of simple movement! Hitting 10-15k steps a day has become a non-negotiable for me. It's not just about burning calories; it's about clearing my head, boosting my energy, and just feeling more connected to my city. Whether it's a brisk walk to the studio or an evening stroll, integrating more cardio has significantly improved my overall well-being. It's amazing how much a consistent step count can contribute to both physical and mental health. My biggest pet peeve in the gym? When workout clothes just don't perform – gaping waistbands, uncomfortable seams, or fabrics that don't breathe. That's why investing in good quality, even if it means trying a few brands, is worth it. It makes you feel more confident and focused on your workout, not your wardrobe mishaps! Effective workouts, for me, combine challenge with enjoyment, and that's exactly what my current routine delivers. So, what about you? What are those fitness-related things you're currently obsessed with? Whether it's a new brand, a type of class, or a specific way you're staying active, I'm always keen to hear what's inspiring others on their health journeys!

A pet peeve would be when there is a whole row of open treadmills and no one else it on them but me, but someone has to go on the treadmill right next to me
