Buying a cash car Or getting a bank loan

I had a car note before, didn’t even really want to have one(it was taking a good chunk of my check and within 6 months the car was valued way less than what I paid for it. I was thinking should I just buy a cash car?( I usually do deliveries in it and also drive to people houses to do their hair) I’m in the DMV area, so traffic, people can’t drive up here, and distance 😂

Cash purchases avoid interest fees, meaning immediate ownership and no monthly payments. This can be crucial for individuals using their cars for deliveries or personal services, as it reduces financial stress. However, loans allow you to access higher-value vehicles without a significant upfront payment. Weigh the pros and cons carefully: a depreciating asset, like a car, can lose value quickly, which is especially pronounced in the DMV area due to traffic conditions. Explore options available for financing, including credit union loans, which often offer competitive rates. Ultimately, you must align your choice with your financial goals and vehicle usage needs.
