Who says "Glow Up" is just external? Let's start a change from the inside! This 7-day plan will help you reset your attitude and recharge your positive life.

Day 1: Organize ideas

Start by writing a record of ideas. Write down everything that comes to mind, good and bad, so that we can see the big picture of what we are carrying and help clear the brain.

Day 2: Set a small goal.

Let's start with simple things like 'set a small goal that is actually achieved each day', whether it's drinking eight glasses of water or a 15-minute stroll. Succeeding small things builds encouragement and builds self-confidence.

Day 3: Practice thanksgiving.

Take a break from the rush and try to write a few or five thankful things in life every day. Focusing on good things will help us to be more positive and appreciate what we have.

Day 4: Take a break from the social world

Try to take a half-day break from the online world, or all day, so that the brain can rest from excessive information, spend time with itself, do things like read books, listen to music, or do creative activities.

Day 5: Body movement

Exercise does not need to be overdone, just 'moving the body gently' is enough, such as light yoga or walking stretches. Movement stimulates the secretion of a substance of pleasure, relaxing the body and mind.

Day 6: Build a relationship.

Spend quality time with your loved ones - family or close friends - talking and exchanging good stories will help you feel connected to your peers and invigorate yourself.
