Four types of office friends that our mental health encounters.
😆🥳😶🌫️🤬
In every office, there will be many colleagues. Some are like morning coffee. Make us eyes bright and energetic.
Some people are like Friday afternoon meetings - just hearing it is already tired.
In my experience (and friends in many offices), there are four main types that clearly affect our mental health.
1. Vitamin Mind (The Mood Booster) 😆
People like this will help fuel the whole team.
There are often jokes that don't make anyone lose face.
Like sending cute line stickers in the group
Know the rhythm, invite to rest or eat delicious things

2. The Motivator 🥳
Friends who never let us pickle the work beyond reason
It says, "Let's finish before the deadline."
Send me a self-improvement article or TED Talk in the morning.
He'll say "you can do it" without comfort, but he really believes it.

3. The Energy Drainer 🤬
Every group has at least one person... who complains about everything.
Start the meeting with, "It's not gonna work."
Every thought is cut with "but..."
Often say tired, but don't solve problems.

How to cope: Listen without thinking, set boundaries, or talk lightly.
4. Mysterious Silent Mode (The Silent Support) 😶🌫️
Not a lot of talk, but it will help us when unexpected.
When it floods, he sends files or data without asking.
May not invite to talk, but will smile when making eye contact
Like there's a Guardian Angel in the office.

🥰😆🥳🤬😶🌫️
Each type of colleague affects mental health, we are different.
PLUS: Invigorate the heart. Inspire.
Delete: Stressful. Accumulate fatigue.
It's important to know, keep a distance with the people who suck the power and care about the people who invigorate us.
How's the office friend you met? Tell us something.
