For the longest time, I felt like I was constantly swinging between two extremes. Some days, I craved solitude, needing quiet time to recharge and focus on my thoughts. Other days, I was energized by social interactions, loving the buzz of being around people. I never quite fit the mold of a 'pure' introvert or a 'textbook' extrovert, and honestly, it used to confuse me. Then I discovered the term 'ambivert,' and suddenly, everything clicked! It felt like someone had finally put a name to my unique personality, and it's been such a revelation. So, what exactly is an ambivert? In simple terms, an ambivert is someone who exhibits traits of both introversion and extroversion, often depending on the situation.
