When I ordered a drink and put it on the edge, it became even cuter (laughs)
Matcha latte is a matcha latte with a modest sweetness and a strong bitterness of matcha.

「キツネサブレ」目当てで行くなら、先に知っておくと満足度が上がるポイントがいくつかありました。 まずキツネサブレは、見た目の可愛さだけじゃなくて味が意外と本格派。サクほろ系というより“硬めで香ばしい”タイプで、噛むたびにバターっぽい香りが広がる感じでした。甘さが強すぎないので、コーヒーはもちろん抹茶ラテみたいな苦味があるドリンクとも合わせやすいです。私は抹茶ラテと一緒に食べたら、抹茶の濃さがより引き立って相性の良さを実感しました。 写真を撮るなら、記事でも触れていた「グラスの縁にサブレを引っかける」スタイルがやっぱり最強。ロゴ入りグラス×キツネサブレで一気に“カフェキツネ感”が出ます。アイスラテと抹茶ラテ、どちらもロゴが映えるので、注文前に「今日はどっちの色味で撮りたいか」で選ぶのもおすすめ。抹茶ラテはグリーンが主役になるので、黄色いソファ背景だと補色っぽくなって写真がパッと明るくなりました。 席選びのコツは2つ。自然光で撮りたいなら入り口側のカウンター席、ゆったり過ごしたい＆“カフェキツネのロゴ”を背景に入れたいなら奥のソファ席。特に壁に「Café Kitsuné PARIS」のロゴがあるエリアは、店内の雰囲気が伝わりやすくてお気に入りカットが撮れました。 注意点としては、店内はPC作業が禁止なので、長時間作業目的の人は別のカフェの方が安心。逆に言うと、店内が落ち着いた空気になりやすくて、友達とおしゃべりしたり、短時間で気分転換したい時にはぴったりでした。 最後に、キツネサブレを楽しむ小ワザ。ドリンクと一緒にゆっくり食べると硬め食感がちょうどよく、口の中が甘くなりすぎません。私は一口目はそのまま食感を楽しんで、途中からラテと交互に食べるのが一番おいしかったです。次に行くなら、別フレーバーのドリンクでも“縁サブレ”をやって比較してみたいと思っています。
