My Biggest PC Icks

Most of my complaints or criticisms towards PC building would have to be wasted power/resources. The PC industry is already a source of major pollution and wasted supplies. Don't get me wrong, I've built and used one myself, but there are certain things you won't see me building. I have never built a PC with a power supply over an 850 W because I can't fathom a top end build needing more. I have never water cooled, and I won't be building anytime soon a MASSIVE water cooled system. I really want the industry to move in a way to use less energy while maintaining speeds. PC component processing is already very dirty. Lots of energy and materials are spent to manufacture the components. The cutthroat market that popped up for mining makes this worse than ever. We don't need to also waste energy at home. That being said, turn off your PC when you aren't using it. Gift/sell your old builds if you aren't going to keep anything for the new one. #gaming #tech #computerbuild
