I would, in a heartbeat! I would do better every single day no matter how hard things where for us. We have grown up together. Me and all three of my oldest kids have honestly. We have seen each other grow and change so many different ways. I love you son. I love you so much! And I’m so proud of you! You are such a loving man and that makes me more proud then anything.

My gentle giant.

From my experience, the desire to go back and do better stems from the deep love we have and the natural wish to protect and guide them through every struggle. It's important to remember that growth happens together, both for parents and children. When life gets tough, acknowledging the challenges openly can build trust and understanding. I found that sharing my feelings honestly—with both pride and regret—helped deepen my bond with my son and fostered mutual respect. Calling him my "gentle giant" is more than just an endearing phrase; it’s a recognition of the strength and kindness he shows as he grows into the man he is meant to be. Celebrating these qualities openly encourages positivity and self-esteem. If you ever find yourself wishing you could rewrite the past, channel that energy into making today and tomorrow better. Actions that show consistent love, patience, and support make a lasting impact. Ultimately, the willingness to improve daily, regardless of past hardships, is a powerful message that your child will carry forward in their own journey.
