SUMIF関数で合計が合わないとき、私がまず疑うのは「結合セル」と「見た目だけ揃ってるデータ」です。カテゴリ列（A列）を結合して見やすくしている表だと、SUMIFは“見えているカテゴリ”ではなく“実際に値が入っているセル”だけを判定します。つまり、結合セルの下の行は見た目は「果物」でも、実データは空白になっていて条件に一致せず、合計がズレます。 私がやって効果があった手順はこの2つです。 1) 結合セルを解除する A列のカテゴリ範囲を選択→［ホーム］→［結合して中央揃え］をオフ（結合解除）。これでカテゴリが行ごとに分かれます。 2) 空白セルを一括で埋める（超重要） 結合を解除すると、A列は「果物」の次の行が空白になりがちです。ここを埋めないと、=SUMIF(A2:A7,"果物",E2:E7) の判定が漏れます。 おすすめの埋め方： - A列の範囲を選択 - ［検索と選択］→［条件を選択してジャンプ］→［空白セル］ - そのまま「=」と入力して、上のセルをクリック（例：A3ならA2をクリック） - Ctrl+Enter（Macなら Command+Enter）で一括入力 最後に、カテゴリ列をコピー→「値」貼り付けにしておくと崩れにくいです。 ここまでできたら、SUMIFはちゃんと動きます。例： =SUMIF($A$2:$A$7,"果物",$E$2:$E$7) さらにミスを減らしたいなら、ピボットテーブルでカテゴリ別合計を出す方法も便利でした（データが増えても強い）。結合セルは見た目はきれいでも、集計では“地味な裏切り者”になりやすいので、集計用の表では結合しないのが安全です。
