① Select the cells you want to align
Windows: Ctrl + 1 (Formatting)
Mac: Command + 1 (Formatting)
② Select "User-defined" in the "Display format" tab
Enter "@ *:" as the type
With just this, the colon will be aligned on the right edge no matter how many characters are different ✨
