私もExcelで大量のデータを扱う際、空白セルの存在にいつも戸惑っていました。特にシステムから出力されたデータや、セル結合を解除した後の表でよく見かける「上のセルと同じ内容だから空白」にされている部分です。これを1つずつコピーして補完していたら時間がいくらあっても足りません。 そこで今回紹介した「Ctrl + G」から「空白セル選択」し、数式で上のセルの値を一括入力する方法は、本当に目から鱗でした。操作自体はシンプルで、「空白セルだけを選択して＝（イコール）を入力し、↑（上矢印）で上のセル を参照、最後に「Ctrl + Enter」でまとめて入力する」という流れです。これをすると、空白セルが瞬時に上のセルの値で埋められ、膨大な時間を節約できます。 また、最後に「値貼り付け」を行うのもポイントで、数式のままだと後でデータが変わってしまう心配があるため、値として固定することができます。私はこの手順を覚えてから、経費データや販売管理の表を扱うときにかなり効率的になりました。 ただし、Excelのバージョンや設定によっては動作が異なる場合もあるので、初めて使う際は小さな範囲で試すのがおすすめです。特にMacとWindowsで操作感が違うこともあるため、自分の環境での確認は必須です。 この方法を習得してからは、空白セルの扱いにもう悩まされることなく作業できています。初心者でも簡単にできるこの時短テクニックは、ぜひ毎日の業務に役立ててみてください。
