MY SCHEDULE AS A FT NURSING STUDENT ✨🩺📚

#lemon8diarychallenge

So this schedule is actually pretty tentative depending on the day of the week and whether or not I have any familial obligations. Some days I’ll be sitting in front of the computer “studying” and completing assignments for 10 hours; other days I’ll study at school so I don’t have to worry about traffic on class days. The best part about the evening program is that I’m a night owl so that’s why I end up going to sleep so late.

Make a schedule that suits your needs best! And think carefully before you apply regarding what time you focus best and any obligations you may have. Your exam times can depend on whether you are day or evening.

This schedule can vary significantly, influenced by daily obligations and class times. Many nursing students face challenges with time management, especially when trying to juggle studying with family commitments and necessary self-care. To create a balanced schedule, it's essential to understand your peak productivity hours. For instance, if you are a night owl like many students, evening classes may suit you better. Creating a visual layout of your daily tasks and obligations can help streamline your efforts and reduce feelings of overwhelm. Aim to block out specific times for studying, attending classes, and taking breaks to relax and decompress. Incorporating diverse study methods can also enhance your learning experience. Techniques such as mnemonic devices for complex medical terms, engaging in study groups, or utilizing online resources can facilitate deeper understanding. Additionally, don’t forget to allocate time for self-care; maintaining mental health is just as important in a demanding field like nursing. Be proactive in communicating with instructors and peers about your schedule. Networking within your program can also provide support and camaraderie, making the rigorous journey of nursing school a little less daunting. Tailoring your study schedule to your lifestyle will not only improve your academic performance but will also help you enjoy the journey of becoming a skilled nursing professional.
