Pretty Girls
By Karin Slaughter
Pretty sure I’ve have this book since October of last year just chillin in my #tbr pile 🥲(I’m working on it … OKAY!)
My attention span was a huge fan of Pretty Girls. It’s damn near back to back suspense. I’m one of those people who can’t stand not knowing something, so of course I ate this story up in a one sitting! Thriller fo show! BUT it’s got a little gore too! *Bonus Points! A few punchable characters. Definitely was not a bore! Read it, it’s great!

Bur neither has recovered from the disappearance of their sister Julia two decades earlier—and the shocking murder of Claire’s husband brings the horror and heartbreak of the past roaring back into their lives.
The vanishing of a teenage girl and the killing of a middle-aged man, almost a quarter-century apart: what could connect them? As they form a wary truce, the surviving sisters unearth the secrets that destroyed their family all those years ago... and find the astonishing truth where they least expected it.
