การได้ลองลิ้มชิมรสเฝอลาวและก๋วยจั๊บญวนในบรรยากาศโฮมมี่สไตล์ล้านนาเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผมรู้สึกว่าพิเศษและน่าจดจำมากครับ ที่ร้านนี้ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในเชียงของนั้น นอกจากจะมีเมนูอาหารที่อร่อยเข้มข้นแบบต้นตำรับแล้ว ยังมีการตกแต่งด้วยไม้สวยงามตามแบบล้านนาประยุกต์ ทำให้บรรยากาศรอบๆ ร่มรื่นและสบายตา เป็นคาเฟ่ที่เหมาะกับการนั่งพักผ่อนหย่อนใจหรือถ่ายรูปเก๋ๆ มากๆ ผมชอบที่นี่เพราะไม่ต้องเดินทางข้ามโขงไปถึงลาวแต่ก็ได้ทานรสชาติเฝอที่แท้จริง น้ำซุปหอมหวานกลมกล่อม เส้นก๋วยจั๊บหนึบหนับเคี้ยวกำลังดี และที่ต้องลองสุดๆ คือตัวกะยอทอดกรอบๆ ที่ทอดได้กรอบเหลืองทอง ทานเพลินและเข้ากันมาก ผมแนะนำให้สั่งมาทานคู่กันจะรู้สึกถึงความสมบูรณ์ของรสชาติและความอร่อยในทุกคำ นอกจากอาหารแล้ว บรรยากาศร้านก็มีมุมถ่ายรูปสวยๆ หลายมุม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งถ้ามากับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว จะได้ภาพสวยๆ กลับไปอวดในโซเชียลแบบรัวๆ เลยครับ ที่นี่เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนและเติมพลังใจในวันสบายๆ อีกทั้งยังเจอเมนูเค้กและเครื่องดื่มหลายอย่างที่ทำออกมาได้รสชาติดีมากๆ หากใครกำลังจะเดินทางไปเชียงของ แนะนำให้แวะคาเฟ่ไม้ล้านนาที่นี่เป็นจุดเช็คอินแรกๆ ที่ไม่ควรพลาด เพราะถือว่าเป็นการได้สัมผัสวัฒนธรรมอาหารลาวและญวนแบบแท้จริงในบรรยากาศไทยล้านนาโดยไม่ต้องเดินทางไกล ตอบโจทย์ทุกคนที่ชอบท่องเที่ยวเชิงอาหารและบรรยากาศดีๆ ครับ
