私が実際に「氷ヲ刻メ」を訪れた感想をシェアします。 このお店の魅力は、何と言っても年中提供されているふわふわで繊細なかき氷。沖縄の温暖な気候を考慮し、季節に関わらず楽しめるのが嬉しいポイントです。また、メニューは季節の仕入れによって変わるため、いつ行っても新しい味に出会えるのが魅力的でした。 特に印象的だったのは「自家製焦がしキャラメル」。たっぷりとかけられたキャラメルクリームは濃厚ながら甘さ控えめで、上品な味わい。甘いものが苦手な方でも食べやすいと感じました。また、「大人なティラミス」は初めての体験で、かき氷のさらさらとした食感とティラミスのコクが見事に融合。一気に食べ進めてしまいました。 場所は北谷町浜川104のS-230で、営業時間は12:00～17:00、水曜が定休日です。駐車場も6台ありアクセスに便利です。Instagramで最新情報もチェックできます。 北谷で高級かき氷を探している方にぜひおすすめしたいスポットです。食べログでも好評なので、訪れる前にレビューを確認するのも良いでしょう。沖縄観光や北谷グルメ巡りの際は、ぜひ足を運んでみてくださいね。
