book review: Lessons in Chemistry 📚

author: Bonnie Garmus

genre: (historical) fiction; romance; feminism

brief synopsis: “Laugh-out-loud funny, shrewdly observant, and studded with a dazzling cast of supporting characters, Lessons in Chemistry is as original and vibrant as its protagonist.”

my thoughts: overall a good book! took quite a long time for me to get into the vibe of the plot. I feel like it’s a bit science-y, but that didn’t take away too much from the overall feel.

overall rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
