When I was younger, I disliked being born in July because it meant I couldn't celebrate my birthday with my school friends. I often felt envious when I saw parents bringing cakes to celebrate their children, as I never had that opportunity.
I grew up in the Caribbean, a place without a cold season, and I missed out on the fun that kids typically have during summer not because I lived in the caribbean instead it was my parents lifestyle any activities that involved going out, camp, beach anything like that they were not into it.
when I moved to the US and..I got older, being able to make my own choices, things became different I realized how lucky I was to be born on a July I get to experience the beach, the hot, bright sun and the wind that comes with it, yes the beach… my favorite place to be. A spot to catch your breath and organize your ideas. I know this is wrong timing but, It's all about summer!
