Recently visited this cute cafe in clementi for a mugging session and just HAD to recommend it!
Here’s what we ordered~
🍎baked apple cake
The cake was soso soft and served warm (perfect for rainy days)! The hints of cinnamon weren’t too overpowering but made it so delicious omg MUST ORDER FOR FELLOW BIGBACKS
🧀burnt cheesecake with brownie
I found that the cheesecake flavour overpowered the brownie a bit BUT it still tasted really good~ would recommend for people who enjoy stronger flavours
Like any other normal hojicha latte, not especially good but also not bad
🍵genmaicha berry latte
Really unique flavour that surprised me! The genmaicha was really fragrant and the berry taste mixed together better than I thought (there wasn’t berry bits tho so it might be js syrup?)
🌱pesto pasta with turkey ham
The cheese hits first and the more you eat, the more the richness of the pesto comes out. The turkey him was so thick i thought it was chicken chunks at first HAHAH
🥪 crispy chicken sourdough toast + eggs
The chicken cutlet was really crispy (+not oily) but I would say it doesn’t have a lot of taste on its own. BUT eating it together with the pickled purple cabbage and toast really enhances the flavour! I also added on 2 fried eggs for $3 (i was way too hungry TT)
🫧Ambience
The staff were really friendly and gave us reccomendations. We sat there for a good 7hours since the cafe was so peaceful and condusive. Portions were HUGE btw and they also accept CDC vouchers!

Besides the tasty drinks and huge portions mentioned earlier, the free-flow water and charging ports really enhance the experience–I could stay productive and refreshed for hours without needing to leave. The cafe is wallet-friendly too; they accept CDC vouchers, which is a nice bonus! I also appreciated that the cafe opens early, making it a great morning spot whether you want to enjoy a slow breakfast or catch up on work before the day starts buzzing. Despite having strong flavors like the burnt cheesecake with brownie, the menu offers a balanced variety including comforting classics like hojicha oat latte for those who prefer milder tastes. On my visit, the washroom was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when choosing a study cafe. The peaceful ambience allowed me to focus deeply on my work without interruptions, and the friendly staff gave great recommendations that enhanced my overall experience. Definitely a top recommendation for anyone in Singapore looking for a quiet yet inviting cafe in Clementi!
