お餅つきは日本の伝統的な行事のひとつで、地域や世代を超えた交流に最適なイベントです。私自身も過去に地域の餅つき大会に参加した経験がありますが、杵を使ったお餅つきは力とコツが必要で、皆で協力して作り上げる過程がとても楽しいです。 おりーぶグループのように、児童発達支援や放課後等デイサービスをご利用の子どもたちが参加することで、身体を動かしながら集団での協調性や達成感を体験できる貴重な機会になります。さらに、就労継続支援B型のメンバーも加わることで、障がいの有無に関わらず多様な人が交流し、学び合う場になっているのは素晴らしいことです。 また、お餅を丸めて炭火で焼いて食べる体験は、普段の生活では味わえない特別な楽しみがあります。香ばしい香りや柔らかく伸びるお餅の食感は、参加者の笑顔を引き出す魅力の一つです。私も家族との餅つき体験で、食の楽しさと手作りのおいしさを改めて感じました。 このような伝統行事を地域支援の一環として継続していくことは、子どもから大人までの誰もが地域の一員としてつながりを深めることに繋がります。おりーぶグループのお餅つきは、年末までにまた開催予定とのことで、地域の皆さんの笑顔がさらに広がることを期待しています。
