Sourdough S'mores Cookie Recipe🍪

Recipe

-1 & 1/2 stick butter

-1/2 cup sugar

-3/4 cup brown sugar

-2 tbsp water

-1 tsp vanilla

-1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

-1 egg

-1/2 cup sourdough discard

-1 & 1/2 cup flour

-3/4 cup chocolate chip

-marshmallows to taste

-graham crackers to taste

-extra chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat 375F

2. Brown the butter

3. Add butter to sugars while its still hot

4. Add the water, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda. Mix on medium for 4-5 min

5. Add egg and mix on medium for 1 min

6. Add discard and mix for 1 min on medium speed

7. By hand stir in flour and chocolate (don't overmix!) if dough seams too thin add a little more flour

8. Portion with large dough scooper

9. Layer graham cracker, marshmallow, and dough

10. Bake 9-10 min or until golden brown
