京都で人気のモーニングといえば、純喫茶フルールのタマゴサンドが密かな話題になっています。私自身も先日訪れて驚いたのは、その唯一無二の味わい。ふわふわで軽いスクランブルエッグと、バターがしっかり染み込んだトーストが織りなす味のハーモニーは、どこにもない特別な感覚です。 営業時間が木〜日曜の10時から16時（L.O.15:30 ）ですが、モーニングは特に10時から11時だけの限定。週末の朝に訪れても10時の時点ではまだ空席があるため、ゆっくりと落ち着いて味わえます。11時近くになると満席になってしまうので、早めの来店が賢明です。 セットメニューは手頃な800円台で、スクランブルエッグトーストにサラダ、ドリンク付き。＋50円でカフェ・オ・レに変更もできるので、自分好みの組み合わせで楽しめました。最近珈琲だけで高価なところも多い中、このコスパの高さも嬉しいポイント。 お店の場所は京都府長岡京市天神1-8-2。リラックスできる純喫茶の雰囲気も魅力で、忙しい日常を忘れてゆったりと朝食を楽しみたい方におすすめです。私もまた必ず訪れたいと思っています。 このタマゴサンドの他に、フルールでしか味わえない京都の喫茶文化を感じられるのも嬉しいですね。ぜひ一度足を運んでみてください。
