Use the Fear!

Fear isn’t the enemy…

It’s information.

It’s your nervous system tapping you on the shoulder saying, “Hey… Pay Attention.”

But Fear was never meant to be the boss.

It can Guide your next step — not chain you to the couch.

It can Sharpen Your Awareness — Not Shrink Your Life.

Growth happens when you Stop letting fear run the show and Start letting it inform your choices instead.

That’s where Courage actually lives — Not in the Absence of Fear, but in Moving Forward with it riding quietly in the back seat.

What’s one thing Fear has been trying to teach you lately?

Drop a word, a thought, or even a 🔥 if this landed for you.

... Read moreFear often gets a bad rap as something to avoid, but from my personal experience, embracing fear as a guide rather than a hindrance can be transformative. I used to feel paralyzed by my fears, letting them dictate my actions or pull me into inaction. However, once I shifted my perspective to see fear as my nervous system's way of signaling important information, it became a powerful tool for awareness. For example, during a recent career transition, I felt that familiar knot of anxiety before making critical decisions. Instead of running from the fear, I acknowledged it as a signal to pay closer attention to potential risks and opportunities. Fear wasn’t the driver but the co-pilot, alerting me to proceed with caution while still moving forward. The key is to not let fear take the steering wheel but to listen without blindly obeying. This mindset gave me the confidence to push through moments of doubt, reminding myself: "Do the thing... be scared... refuse to quit." Even when my knees shook, I kept taking steps, and with each step, my courage strengthened. I invite you to reflect on what fear has been trying to teach you lately. Is it highlighting areas in your life that need change or growth? By respecting fear as a valuable messenger instead of an enemy, you can transform your approach to challenges and discover true resilience. Remember, courage does not mean the absence of fear but the willingness to move forward with it quietly in the back seat.

Why Narcissists Use FOG
Narcissists don’t rely on just one manipulation tactic. They use FOG — Fear, Obligation, and Guilt — together. Fear makes you afraid to challenge them. Obligation makes you feel responsible for them. Guilt makes you question your own judgment. So even when something feels wrong… y
