Step 1: BOQ does not include piles. We provide the director of the piling company and order piles through the director. All we need to check is

1. Specify the TIS according to the standard.

2. Size, length, number as specified in quotation and silk foundation plan

Step 2: Lay the layout, measure the distance, pin to indicate where the pile is nailed

Step 3: Do the piling. What to check

1. Measure the scene of the pile. Should be perpendicular, not inclined.

2. Connect the plate between the connecting piles. Pillar 2

3. Check the blow count range for our house must not exceed 59 cm, each house may not be the same depending on the engineer calculates according to the characteristics and size of the house.

* The problem that our home encountered *

1. We ordered 20 piles, size 26 * 26, length 12 meters, but the number of piles is not complete according to the number of quotations and receipts (the director of coordination sent more the next day).

2. The piling car cannot be delivered in the area due to the narrow road (should check and talk to the director about this before sending the piling to prevent change of piling length and prepare the area to allow the piling car to enter the page)

3. The piles that came to the first lot did not have a pole head plate, it was not possible to connect the second pole. Because the depth of our house is more than 12 meters (we refer the length of the piles from the nearby house, the depth of the piles to the soil is about 12 meters), we were ok to use a 12 meter pole, but finally it was not enough to change to 2 8 meters pillars per other, for a total length of 18 meters.

Total lost pile cost 239,080 baht

The director helped solve the problem and got through all the problems well. 😂
