"Your work"

Heal your trauma, don't pass it on.

If you don't face it, you'll repeat it.

Do the work.

Reap your rewards.

Daily Pulse. Small moves, real power.

5/2 Edited to

... Read moreDealing with trauma is a deeply personal journey that demands courage and commitment. From my own experience, I’ve found that avoiding the pain only allows it to fester and influence my interactions, often unintentionally affecting people around me. Facing trauma head-on can be overwhelming at first, but it's essential to breaking the cycle of pain. Small, consistent daily actions—what the phrase 'Daily Pulse' refers to—can have immense power. These steps might include journaling, meditation, seeking therapy, or simply acknowledging your feelings without judgment. It’s not about instant transformation but gradual healing. Over time, these small moves build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional strength. One important insight is that healing trauma isn’t a one-time fix. It requires ongoing effort and self-reflection. Sometimes, setbacks happen, but that doesn’t mean failure—it’s part of the process. Reaping your rewards means experiencing greater peace, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of self. Ultimately, owning your work for healing trauma empowers you to create a positive impact in your life and those around you. By breaking the cycle, you stop the unintentional passing on of unresolved pain and open the door to genuine growth, forgiveness, and joy.

let me first define what “curvy” is in the fashion world before i get started here! most pants & jeans are created for those with a 10” difference in their waist & hip measurements (for instance if you have a 25 inch waist like i do, most pants i buy will only have 35 inches in the hip area
