เคยมีโอกาสได้ไปเยือนร้าน SHU Homemade ที่ซ่อนตัวอยู่หลังวัดดวงดีในเชียงใหม่ รู้สึกประทับใจกับบรรยากาศโฮมมี่สุดๆ ร้านเล็กแต่จัดแต่งอย่างอบอุ่น มีแสงธรรมชาติช่วยให้ภาพถ่ายออกมาน่ารักสุดๆ จุดเด่นที่ทำให้ชอบมาก คือเมนูพาสต้าไซส์มินิที่เสิร์ฟแต่ละจานนั้นปราณีตมาก เส้นพาสต้าที่ลวกได้พอดี ไม่แข็งหรือเละเกินไป ซอสข้นๆ นัวๆ ที่เข้มข้นและไม่หวงวัตถุดิบ ซอสครีมเพรสโต้กลิ่นหอมสดชื่นผสานกับเนื้อแซลมอนที่ละมุนสุดๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูซิกเนเจอร์อย่าง Passion Fruit & Honey Slushy ที่ช่วยตัดเลี่ยนและเติมความสดชื่นอย่างแท้จริง ร้านนี้แม้จะโต๊ะน้อยแต่ระบบรันคิวนั้นรวดเร็วมาก ทำให้แม้ต้องรอแต่ก็ไม่เครียดเลย เหมือนนั่งเล่นบ้านเพื่อนที่ทำอาหารเก่ง อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง พิกัดร้านสะดวกแม้ไม่มีที่จอดรถประจำ ต้องจอดริมถนนและเดินเข้าไปนิดหน่อย แต่กลับยิ่งเพิ่มเสน่ห์เหมือนค้นพบร้านลับจริงๆ สำหรับใครที่ชื่นชอบการทานพาสต้าและบรรยากาศที่ไม่วุ่นวาย SHU Homemade คือ Safe Zone แห่งใหม่ที่ต้องลองไปสัมผัสด้วยตัวเองจริงๆครับ
