Today was my very productive for me my Lemonies , I attended my works employee event and was granted my two year pin , but with less than 30 days left before I make my big move up north I am bittersweet .
Although excited none the less and trying to stay on my routine before I transition into my new space ! , I've been trying to cut coffee down and switch to tea which has been a struggle (no promises) & focusing on high protein clean eating along with split workouts ! Additional Tips:
