It's important to nourish your body first with whole foods and then use supplements to fine-tune and enhance your overall health. This approach aligns with the idea that supplements are "real medicine" to support the foundation created by healthy eating habits. Supporting your diet with supplements can be especially helpful for certain populations, such as those with particular nutrient deficiencies, chronic health conditions, or increased nutritional needs.
