Definitely different… SOTD🥰

Here’s Monday’s SOTD… I’m stepping outside of the box today.
Story time… Let me just start off by saying I have never worn my Ajwad perfume. When I started my collection, this fragrance was one of my first purchases. It was a blind buy that I couldn’t get with it at all, at the time.
Now almost a year later after learning how to layer my fragrances, I have decided to revisit Ajwad again(plus it’s been a while for Yara also).
Of course I looked up suggestions and saw that this combo had a lot of hits. Last night, I first sprayed both scents on a piece of paper to test it and it wasn’t bad. So today, was the big test where I just went for it and sprayed both all over.
Ajwad is definitely a mature scent, I smell more sandalwood, cinnamon and cedar than anything, still after almost a year of macerating.
In my opinion it gives a more masculine vibe.
Notes: Top Notes: Bergamot, Litchi and Fruity Notes
Middle Notes: Jasmine, Roses and Cinnamon
Base Notes: Cedar, Sandalwood, Amber, Musk and Vanilla
I’m sure everyone is aware of Yara.
She’s everything pretty, girly and feminine v. Ajwad
Notes: Top Notes: Orchid, Heliotrope and Tangerine
Middle Notes: Gourmand Accord and Tropical Fruits
Base Notes: Vanilla, Musk and Sandalwood
B&BW: Viva Vanilla body mist and lotion
Sand +Fog: Vanilla Musk perfume oil
I haven’t seen any posts of this combo on lemon8, so if you should try it, let me know your thoughts.
