Do you guys get nervous when you go to the doctor?

That’s what happened when last went to the doctor. She had to take my blood pressure twice, cause it was high the first time, and then was normal the second time.

Yes, I get nervous to the point that I’m on the verge of a panic attack anytime I go to the doctor for anything. One time I had this male doctor at an urgent care and he almost sent me to the ER because my blood pressure was so high, it was only that high because I was 1.) in a doctors office and 2.) alone in a closed room with a strange man. I haaate the doctor
