For example, the widely discussed male loneliness epidemic points to a need for emotional support systems that are often missing in traditional societal roles. Men may feel pressured to appear strong and self-reliant, which can prevent them from seeking help. Similarly, women juggling multiple challenges often face societal contradictions—being told to be independent while still facing systemic obstacles. Our education system is frequently questioned—not just as a place for learning but as a social institution that sometimes falls short of addressing real-life complexities and emotional well-being.
