Why can't you meditate?
📌 why can't you meditate?
Many people sit quietly and feel distracted, uncomfortable, or bored.
It's not because it's a bad person or not focused.
But because our brains are constantly familiar with stimuli,
Mobile, work, highs and worries.
Enough of real silence.
Many people therefore feel unfamiliar.
Psychologically, a person's nervous system often takes time to adapt to stillness.
Buddhism also talks about it.
That people don't have the same mental background from the start.
Many teachers therefore do not teach to be reluctant until stressed.
But gradually practice according to your own strength.
Some start with simple things, such as
Practice mindfulness during the day.
Know a short breath.
Walk the department
Listen to Dharma
Or just practice not to get angry too easily.
These may seem trivial.
But it's actually about gradually building internal stability a little bit at a time.
Satisfied, starting to relax and not putting too much pressure on yourself.
Stillness is often spontaneous.
So if anyone can't meditate today,
It doesn't mean being a man without dharma.
Maybe just being in a phase where the mind still needs time to train and adapt.
This post may suit people who used to put pressure on themselves.
When meditating, then distracted or unquiet.
In fact, a lot of things can be practiced naturally. 🤍
