HOT HONEY RASPBERRY MOCKTAIL 🍯🍋🍃
Everything here is from Trader Joe’s, but can be found at any convenient grocery store… Simple, easy-to-find ingredients for a refreshing, warm weather mocktail.
I love sweet and spicy flavor combinations myself, but if that’s not for you, the hot honey can be substituted with agave, simple syrup, maple syrup or regular honey.
SAVE THIS RECIPE ⬇️
6-7 raspberries (muddled)
5 fresh mint leaves (torn, muddled)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz hot honey
top with club soda or sparkling water
garnish: mint sprig, raspberries and/or lemon
Build your mocktail right in the glass. Start by adding your raspberries, fresh mint, hot honey + lemon juice. Muddle. Top with ice and follow with club soda (or raspberry sparkling soda). Stir — and enjoy!
Change up the recipe anytime by adding strawberries, blackberries, blueberries — or a mix of berries all together.
