RUDOLPH’S ROADIE (recipe serves 4)
Leave the milk + cookies for Santa… Rudolph wants one of these! ❄️🎅🦌
2 x Coke Zero Cherry
2 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer (or vanilla)
Whipped Cream, Cherries, Sprinkles
Ice + Straws
Grab your @drafttop Lift Universal and pop the top of your cans… No fancy glassware necesssary for Rudolph’s Roadie. He’s got places to be 😉
Dump both sodas into a pitcher and add lime juice. Fill your cans halfway with ice. Pour in the cherry soda mix, leaving some room for coffee creamer + whipped cream on top!
(Cherries are optional, but kinda awesome 🍒)
Add as much creamer as you like! Since the soda is zero sugar, you can splurge elsewhere.

Okay, so you've got the recipe for Rudolph's Roadie, but let's talk about making it truly pop for that perfect 'Coke Zero aesthetic' vibe! I mean, who doesn't love a drink that looks as good as it tastes? When I first started experimenting with mocktails, I quickly realized that presentation is half the fun. For Rudolph's Roadie, the vibrant red of the Coke Zero Cherry combined with the creamy white of the whipped cream and the bright red cherry on top is already a fantastic start. But here are a few tricks I use to elevate it even further. Even though the original recipe mentions "no fancy glassware," which is totally fine for a casual sip, if you're aiming for that Instagram-worthy shot, consider a clear glass. This really lets the layers of the mocktail shine through – the dark soda, the lighter creamer swirling in, and then the gorgeous topping. If you stick with the can, make sure it's clean and perhaps add a festive straw peaking out. Garnishes are your best friend! Don't just plop the whipped cream on; give it a nice swirl on top. And those cherries? A single, perfectly placed maraschino cherry (or even fresh ones if you have them!) adds such a sophisticated touch. And sprinkles! They instantly add a celebratory feel. I love using red and white sprinkles or even a mix of festive colors to complement the holiday theme. Think about your ice, too. Regular ice cubes are great, but if you want to be extra, try using sphere ice molds or even freezing some lime slices or cherries into your ice cubes. It's a small detail but makes a huge difference in the overall look. Another tip for that 'aesthetic' appeal, especially when photographing your creation, is lighting. Natural light is always best. Find a spot near a window, and let the light illuminate your drink. A simple, uncluttered background also helps your beautiful Rudolph's Roadie stand out. What I love about using Coke Zero for these aesthetic drinks is that you get all the flavor and visual appeal without the added sugar, which is a big plus for many of us. That 'ZERO SUGAR' aspect (or 'ZEROSUA' as I sometimes see it!) means you can indulge in the deliciousness and the beautiful presentation guilt-free. It's perfect for those who are health-conscious but still want to enjoy a festive, beautiful beverage. So, next time you whip up a Rudolph's Roadie, take an extra moment to think about how you'll present it. Trust me, it makes the whole experience (and your photos!) so much more enjoyable. Cheers to crafting beautiful, delicious, and aesthetic mocktails!
