Gluten, Egg and Dairy Free Fake Carbonara
I think I figured out how to make fake Carbonara. Italians will be angry but it's close enough though, and it tastes better than most I had before the allergy life). It's based on the French recipe, not the authentic Italian one. I used bacon, you can use better options but this is what we had in the fridge, onions, coconut cream and gluten free pasta. I also added some spice. It actually turned out great and wanted to save it for future reference because I'm definitely making this again on another busy evening.
