🍕Gluten, egg and dairy free pizza🍕

Made a gluten, egg, and dairy free pizza tonight 🍕✨ and honestly… it was toddler-approved (the bread was the favorite part, which I’m taking as the highest praise 😂). For now I’m still sticking with flax eggs until we hopefully get the all-clear at the upcoming egg challenge 🙏. Used a simple 1:1 flour blend for the crust and topped it with cashew cheese, and wow, it turned out amazing. Who knew allergen-friendly pizza night could feel this good? 🥳

Here's the dough recipe btw:

- 3 tablespoons ground flax seed mixed with a little water

- 4 tablespoons lard

- 3 cups 1:1 GF flour mix

- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2.5 teaspoon yeast powder for flavor mostly

- a bottle of water (half liter)
