Creamy Garlic White Sauce Sirloin & Roasted Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:

• For the Sirloin and Vegetables:

• 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak (sliced thinly)

• 1 medium onion, sliced

• 1 bell pepper, sliced

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

• Season with favorite steak seasonings

• For the Garlic White Sauce:

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

• 2 cups warm milk

• 1 chicken bouillon cube (crumbled)

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• Season to taste

• For the Pasta:

• 8 oz cavatappi noodles (or preferred pasta)

• 2 quarts water (for boiling)

• 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta (10-12 minutes):

• Bring water to a boil, add pasta and salt, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Sirloin and Vegetables (15 minutes):

• Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

• Sear the sirloin until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

• Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened.

3. Make the Garlic White Sauce (10 minutes):

• In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

• Stir in flour to form a roux, cook for 1 minute, and whisk in warm milk gradually.

• Add chicken bouillon, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until thickened.

4. Combine and Serve (5 minutes):

• Toss pasta, sirloin, and vegetables in the garlic white sauce.

• Serve hot and garnish with additional Parmesan if desired.
