Popcorn Chicken Bowls

Ingredients Needed:

• Popcorn chicken: 1/2 pound

• Mashed potatoes: Your choice (Idahoan Roasted Garlic 4oz)

• Corn: 15 oz can

• Brown gravy mix: 1 packet

• Butter: 1 tablespoon

• Season to taste with common seasonings

• Shredded Cheese: your choice for topping (Mexican Blend Shredded)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Popcorn Chicken:

• Preheat oven to 400°F (2 minutes).

• Spread popcorn chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.

2. Make Mashed Potatoes:

• Prepare 2 servings of mashed potatoes according to package instructions (5 minutes).

• Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter and season to taste (1 minute). Keep warm.

3. Heat Corn (Start at 5:50 PM):

• Drain the entire can of corn.

• Heat 1 cup of water with 1 chicken bouillon cube.

• Add the corn, cook for 3-5 minutes, then drain.

• Mix in 1 tablespoon of butter and season to taste.

4. Prepare Gravy (Start at 5:55 PM):

• In another small saucepan, prepare 1 packet of brown gravy mix according to the package instructions (5 minutes).

5. Assemble Bowls (Start at 6:05 PM):

• In each bowl, layer mashed potatoes at the bottom. Add a layer of corn and top with crispy popcorn chicken.

• Drizzle warm gravy over the top and add the shredded cheese.

6. Serve (at 6:10 PM):

• Serve immediately and enjoy your comforting and hearty meal!
