Planner System Update | Filofax Setup

Here's a look at the planner inserts I made for my Filofax and how I’m using them to stay organized:

Monthly Calendar:

I added an extra page to my monthly section where I write down any important dates or events that need to be added to my Google Calendar. It acts as a catch-all space before I move everything digital, and it's helped so much with keeping track of everything in one spot.

Weekly Layout:

For my weekly pages, I have the full week on one side and a notes section on the other. This is the part of my planner I use the most. It keeps me organized while giving me a flex space that I can use however I need for that week — lists, reminders, random thoughts, anything.

Daily Pages:

I don’t use my daily pages all the time, only on days when I really need more structure or have a lot going on. They give me extra room to break down my schedule or brain dump when needed.

Overall:

I kept everything super simple and useful, and for the first time, I feel like I really have a system that works for me. Plus, making my own inserts just made it feel even more personal!
