I made a reservation because it was a shop with a good reputation and I was interested in it.
When you visit after 11: 30 on a holiday, the parking lot in front of the shop is full. There are many customers with children and housewives, and it is a casual and easy-to-use atmosphere.
I ordered a one-plate lunch with quiche as the main dish. It comes with a gorgeous salad, 6 kinds of appetizers, and soup.
The quiche was freshly baked and hot. It was a thick pie dough, and although it was crispy, the inside had a soft texture of eggs and cheese. I could feel the aroma of bacon and the flavor of butter, and it was more delicious than I expected.

「ビストロフタツボシ メニュー」を調べている方向けに、私が行ったときに“頼みやすかったポイント”を補足します。結論から言うと、フタツボシは「キッシュ ランチ」「キッシュ ワンプレート」を探している人に刺さる内容で、プレートの完成度が高かったです。 まず、ランチで迷ったら“ワンプレートランチ（ベーコンとほうれん草のキッシュ）”が鉄板。キッシュが主役なのに、前菜6種＋彩り豊かなサラダ＋パン＋本日のスープまで付くので、コースっぽい満足感があります。写真で見ると少なめに見えることもありますが、前菜の種類が多くて食べ進めるほど満たされるタイプでした。特に前菜は味の方向性がバラけていて飽きにくく、キッシュの“濃厚さ”の合間にサラダのさっぱり感が入るのが良かったです。 「bistro futatsuboshi ビストロ フタツボシ」の雰囲気は、ビストロだけど気取りすぎない印象。子連れ可の表示があり、テーブル席中心で居心地が良かったので、記念日だけでなく普段のちょっと良いランチにも使いやすいと思います。個室ありなのも安心材料で、家族での食事や小さめの集まりにも向きそうでした。 メニュー面では、店内の掲示に“本日のメインディッシュ”“デザート”も見かけました。食後に余裕があればデザートケースも要チェック。タルトタタンやフォンダンショコラ、伊予柑とはちみつのパンナコッタなど、選ぶ時間が楽しいラインナップでした（次はデザートまで頼みたい…）。 予約は、混みやすい日や時間帯ほどしておくのがおすすめ。私が行った日も駐車場が埋まっていたので、車で行く場合は早めの到着か、事前予約＋余裕を持った行動が安心です。 最後に「春日井 ランチ 日曜日」を探している方へ：こちらは定休日が日曜日なので要注意。日曜に春日井でランチしたい場合は別日程にするか、土祝の早め時間を狙うのがよさそうです。
